Today is my first day on the Sugar Impact Diet. To get ready for the week I write out a list of dinners that my fiancé and I want to have for the week. I use left overs and random things we have around the house for lunch. I also put our food into mason jars and clear containers in the fridge and pantry. Which one are you more likely to grab for a snack?
I am sure you said the green beans in the mason jar right? I get our food for the week ready on Sunday. We have mason jars of radishes, peppers, hummus, carrots, celery, etc. When my food looks nice I get more excited about eating it!
Meals for Day 1:
Breakfast: JJ Virgin Shake
Lunch: Ham/cheese roll up, hummus, peppers, cheese cubes
Snack: Pumpkin seeds (from Trader Joes!)
Dinner: Chicken Stir Fry
